📝 Cancellation Policy

If the client wishes to cancel a contracted service, written notice must be provided at least 60 days (2 months) prior to the effective termination date.
Notice must be submitted through Assisto CX’s official communication channels.
If the client fails to meet this notice period, Assisto CX reserves the right to invoice for services corresponding to the remaining notice period. This measure covers operational planning, staffing, and resource reallocation related to the service.

3. Right to Modify the Offering
